MUST: Remain on the premises at all times.

Monitor their child to ensure he/she is capable of using the equipment safely.

Know where their child is at all times and also ensure the child is able to locate them at all times.

Parents & Guardians know their child’s capabilities best, so they should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this. For the safety of other children, the management reserve the right to remove unruly children from the centre. Management also reserve the right to refuse admission.

We further require at least one adult for every 5 children visiting to ensure an appropriate level of supervision is maintained.

Main play frame:

Our multi-levelled soft play areas aimed at children aged from around 2 ½ years old to a maximum height of 1.48cm

It has been recommended that Adults DO NOT enter the play frame.

Our frame has been designed to ensure that you have a clear view of your children at all times.

It is recommended that younger children stay on the ground level. These children (because of age or lack of ability) may pose a higher risk of injury to themselves and as such should not explore the upper levels until they are fully confident and able.

Clothing Restrictions, NO BARE SKIN. Long sleeves are advised and full-length trousers or tights are necessary for both the yellow Drop slide and the red wavy slide.

Socks MUST be worn at all times failure to do so WILL result in your child being asked to come off the slide.

Age Restrictions: Due to the nature of the yellow Drop Slide we recommend a minimum age of 5. Furthermore we recommend a minimum age of 5 for the red wavy slide

Younger children may take part only at the request of their parents.

Football pitch:

All balls MUST stay in this area at all times.

This area does tend to get very busy and children can become boisterous.

If your child is considered too boisterous and their behaviour endangers any other children, they will be asked to leave the area.

Go-Karts:-

It is important that no one enters the Go-kart area when the Go-karts are in motion.

Parents can ride the Go-karts with their child by sitting on the seat at the back of the Go-kart.

Only 2 per Go-kart (one in seat one sat on back seat)

It is important that your child does NOT get out of the Go-kart whilst other Go-karts are still in motion.

Arcade Area:-

Please ensure children do NOT climb on the machines.

It is important that children do NOT put mixed coins into the machines as this can cause the mechanisms to break.
