Opening Times and Prices
According to the latest government information and local restrictions, we are allowed to open on Saturday 22nd August 2020
The government have given us a long list of guidelines that we must adhere to, so there will be a few changes to ensure that we are keeping both our loyal customers and staff safe. Please bear with us! This is all very new to us, and we can make changes once we are open and can see how everything is up and running.
We are currently running at a 40% capacity and therefore due to the very limited numbers, EVERYONE must book a slot to attend - the only exception is siblings under 1 years old, who are free to attend with their paying sibling. Our pricing has had to be changed due to this. We will be reviewing prices and session times on a regular basis.
Bookings must be done via the telephone 01900 63636. Payment must be paid at time of booking. We are in the process of signing up to a new online system which will allow you to choose your slot and pay online we will keep you updated as to when this system will go live.
Play sessions will be added on a Wednesday for the upcoming week.
Maximum booking size of 6 from the same household at the moment, due to local restrictions, we have limited tables that seat 6 people as such this are allocated on a first come first served basis. We will do our best to seat you close by each other if no tables of 6 are left. We ask that you do not move tables or chairs to join together as they have all been measured out in accordance with the social distancing guidelines.
Play is limited to 2 hour slots so staff can do additional cleaning in between sessions. Please leave promptly at the end of your session to allow us maximum time to clean before the next one begins.

09:30 - 11.30 = £5.00 per Child (Toddler Time)
12:00 – 14:00 = £5.00 per Child (Toddler Time)
15:00 - 17:00 = £5.00 per Child (Afterschool session)
Saturday and Sunday Session Times:
10:00 – 12:00 = £8.00 per Child
12:30 – 14:30 = £8.00 per Child
15:00 – 17:00 = £8.00 per Child

We have followed all guidelines given, to create a fun and safe environment for all. Please ensure that you follow the guidelines so that we can remain open! If any of your group have any COVID19 symptoms, please follow government guidelines with regards to self-isolating, and avoid visiting us until after this period.
Face Masks must be worn by adults and children aged 11+ when entering the building, and when moving around i.e. toilets or ordering from the cafe. No facemasks are required whilst seated at your table. If anyone is unable to wear a facemask due to medical conditions, please let a member of staff know when you arrive, or note it on your booking form.
You must sanitise your hands on entry and regularly throughout your visit.
We have a new table app where you can order your food & drinks it is not yet set up to take payment so a member of staff will take payment from you at your table, hopefully it will not be too long before it is set up to take payments. We still accept cash and will take orders at the counter this is restricted to only 2 persons at a time to come to the counter.
In order to ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy your food it is recommended that you order any hot food within the first hour of arriving The kitchen will only be open for the first hour of your session for hot food, sandwiches & drinks may still be available
You must social distance as much as is possible.
Children must be taken to the toilet by an adult due to queues and the Ladies Toilet room capacity will be limited.
Socks must be worn, by everyone, at all times.
Tables have been rearranged to comply -with social distancing. They are not to be moved or pushed together.
Children must be supervised by an adult, age 17+, at all times.
Please be aware refunds or switching of dates/times are at the discretion of the manger
Your booking details will be kept on our system for 3 weeks, in order to support NHS Test and Trace. This information will only be used where necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19
In accordance with Government Guidelines we also have the NHS track & trace app please use this to check in with us.
