Due to the current economic circumstances (covid19) we have to make some changes in order to keep our customers and all our staff safe.

We have been working hard to enable our reopening.
To ensure the safety of our customers and staff we have made some changes to our usual ways of doing things.

If you wish to visit us you must now book you cannot turn up without booking first.
We are waiting for our online booking system to be finalised within the next few weeks which will make things a lot easier. But in the meantime bookings & payment can be done by telephone at the (01900 63636) during opening hours

Please do not arrive early for your booked session as you will not be allowed access until the start time of the session.
Bookings are limited to a maximum of 6 people, if your party is larger than 6 then please make a second booking. All Bookings must contain at least 1 Adult and 1 Child.
The person making the booking is responsible for the whole party attending. It is the bookers responsibility to ensure that his / her party has read and understands our rules of play and the new rules relating to Covid19. As the lead person booking you will need to provide Full Name, Address and Contact details. These details may be passed onto NHS Track and Trace should there be a need to. (Please bring a pen)

Play Session Cancellation Policy: Due to limited seating play session bookings are NON REFUNDABLE. However if you give more than 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked session time we will happily transfer your booking to a future play session date / time (subject to availability). You must cancel by telephone by calling 01900 63636 during business hours. When booking a play session you are agreeing to these terms.

Our play session times are:
School Holidays 7 days a week
10:00 to 12:00, 12:30 to 14.30pm, 15:00 to 17:00
School Term Time:
Thursday - 10.00-12.00, 12.30-14.30
15.30-17.00
Friday - 10.00-12.00, 12.30-14.30
15.30-17.00

Saturday & Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, 12:30 to 14.30pm, 15:00 to 17:00
Please note that we will make an announcement 5 minutes before the end of the session so that you can start to get things ready for your departure, this is so that within the ½ hour turnaround we can clear & clean all tables & chairs, sanitise the playframes, toilets and all surrounding areas ready for the next session. We do hope that you understand the need for a prompt departure, we realise with some children they may find this difficult but if you can explain the reason for this we would appreciate it.
At the moment we are not taking any Party Bookings until further notice. We feel we need to get to grips with the day to day running before we open up for Parties.
Adults and Children over the age of 11 are required to wear face masks to enter the building and keep it on until they leave, except for when eating and drinking at your table.
On arrival everyone will be asked to use hand sanitizer before entering the facility.
We will have significantly reduced numbers of people at each session. To enable sustainability we have had to increase the price per child. We hope that you understand this is purely to make it possible for us to sustain the business and the fantastic facility that you have come to love during this covid19 time.
Social distancing measures are in place for adults and will be strictly monitored. You will be allocated a table as you arrive, We ask that tables and chairs are not moved to join another table. Safety screens are in place at the Tills and serving areas. Floor markings are in position and we ask that you observe these at all times.
Sanitizer stations are located at the entrance and various points around the building. Hand Sanitizer stations are placed at various points around the playframe and we ask that the children use these before entering the play frame.
We ask that before booking a session that your child is confident to explore the main play frame on their own as PARENTS ARE NO LONGER able to enter the main playframe with their children. We do hope that you understand.
A maximum of 5 parents can enter the toddler area if needed but we do ask that if your child is able and confident within this area that you observe from the surrounding fenced area
Food, Drinks and Snacks are available. We ask that used dishes, cups etc be left on your table. These will be collected and cleaned at the end of the play session.
At the end of each play session the facility will be cleaned and sanitized. Also a specialist fogging machine will be used to thoroughly disinfect the soft play area. Toilet and changing facilities are available. The toilets will be regularly cleaned and sanitized.
We have a list of all children who have party refund vouchers. If you are using these vouchers for booking a session please ensure you give their name in when booking and bring the voucher along for verification.
All staff will be wearing face coverings.
